Summary
Client Dojo helps fitness businesses respond to leads from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. We process two distinct categories of data: account information from the business owner, and conversation data from leads who message the business.
What we collect
- Business account details (name, email, ABN, billing address)
- Meta access tokens (stored encrypted via Supabase Vault) — used solely to read DMs, lead forms, and ad performance, and to fire conversion events
- Lead conversation data (Instagram DMs, Lead Form submissions) on behalf of the connected business
- Usage telemetry (anonymized) to improve product quality
How we use it
Lead conversation data is used to draft replies for the business owner to approve. Approved replies are sent via the business's own Meta connection. Conversion events are fired to Meta Conversions API so the business's ad spend optimises against real outcomes.
Sharing
We share data only with the integrations the business has connected: Meta, Google Calendar, Stripe (billing), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI provider), OpenAI (transcription only for ICP interview audio).
Retention
Active account data is retained while the business is a paying customer. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days hot, 12 months cold, then permanently deleted.
