Data Deletion
This page is the destination Meta's data-deletion callback redirects to when someone requests removal of their Client Dojo data through Facebook or Instagram.
Requesting deletion
You have two options:
- Via Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Client Dojo → Remove. Meta will redirect you here with a reference code.
- Directly: Email hello@clientdojo.app with the words "data deletion" in the subject. We'll confirm receipt within one business day and complete deletion within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
All data we hold that's associated with your identity: lead profile, message history, notes, bookings, and any cached Meta tokens. Aggregated, anonymized analytics counts may persist (we count "a lead arrived" without retaining who).
What about my gym's account?
If you're a gym owner wanting to close your Client Dojo account, email us at the address above — this URL is specifically for end-user deletion requests routed via Meta. Account closure is a separate flow described in our Privacy Policy.
